Service Level Agreement
We accompany you individually throughout the process of Business Intelligence Introduction. With the release of applications and training for users, Ad-Hoc analytics and reports evolved into a strategic tool in the enterprise, starting a lifecycle that relies on stable, end-to-end availability while constantly changing.
In order to support you optimally, we offer you a Service Level Agreement. They will be included in our Service Management Organization (SMO), which is responsible for receiving, logging and coordinating support requests.
In addition to our standard package, we also gladly offer you an individual package as part of the SLA. Contact us!
